This Privacy Policy describes how Recovery Cove LLC ("Recovery Cove," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes personal information when you visit, use, make a purchase from, or otherwise communicate with us through https://worshipthejourney.com (the "Site"). The Site is hosted on Shopify. By using the Site, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Site. This policy does not apply to third-party websites or services that have their own privacy practices.

Depending on how you interact with the Site, we may collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Order and transaction information, such as products viewed or purchased, order history, returns or claims, and payment status.

We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own unrelated purposes unless described in this policy, disclosed at collection, requested by you, or permitted by law.

6. Targeted Advertising; Sale or Sharing

Depending on the Shopify features, advertising tools, and apps enabled on the Site, certain disclosures of identifiers, device information, and Site activity for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising may be treated as a "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising" under some U.S. state privacy laws, even when no money is exchanged. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16 for targeted advertising.

7. Shopify

The Site is powered by Shopify. Shopify processes personal information to provide and improve its services and may process information in countries other than your own. Retention periods vary based on the type of information, the purpose for processing it, legal requirements, and operational needs. We may delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and notifying us if you believe your account or information has been compromised.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message. Transactional communications about an order or account may still be sent. If SMS marketing is offered, follow the opt-out instructions in the message.

11. International Users and Transfers

Recovery Cove LLC is based in the United States. If you access the Site from another country, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, Canada, or other countries where Shopify or our service providers operate. Where required, appropriate transfer safeguards will be used. Residents of the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland may have additional rights under applicable data-protection law and may contact their local supervisory authority.

12. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it as required by law. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of anyone under 16.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Effective date: August 15, 2026

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in writing by Recovery Cove LLC, all purchases are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect size selection, fit, color preference, or other buyer preference. Please review product descriptions, measurements, sizing information, shipping details, and your order carefully before purchasing.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives defective, materially damaged, or different from the item ordered, email Info.recoverycove@gmail.com within seven (7) calendar days after delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item, packaging, shipping label, and any damage. Do not wear, wash, alter, repair, or remove tags from the item while the claim is under review.

We will evaluate the claim and, if approved, may provide a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund, as appropriate and subject to availability and applicable law. We may require the item to be returned before a remedy is issued and will provide return instructions for an approved claim. Items sent back without prior authorization may be refused.

Conditions for an Authorized Return

If we authorize a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in the condition received.
  • Have all original tags, identification tags, accessories, and components attached and intact.
  • Be returned in its original packaging with the packing slip or other requested order documentation.
  • Be shipped by the deadline and to the address stated in our return authorization.
  • Be packaged securely. Items from the same authorized claim should be returned together unless we instruct otherwise.

A return that does not satisfy these conditions may be rejected, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges, expedited-shipping charges, duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable unless required by law or the return results from our verified error. Responsibility for authorized return-shipping costs will be stated in the return instructions. Recovery Cove LLC is not responsible for unauthorized returns or returns sent to an incorrect address.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow approximately three (3) business days after approval for us to initiate a refund. Your bank, card issuer, PayPal, Shop Pay, installment provider, or other payment service may require additional processing time. We cannot control when a financial institution posts the credit.

Final-Sale and Non-Returnable Items

All items are final sale unless a defect, damage, incorrect item, or other legally protected basis applies. Gift cards, personalized or customized goods, made-to-order goods, worn or washed goods, and items marked non-returnable are not eligible for voluntary return.

Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, check the delivery location, household members, neighbors, building management, and the carrier. Contact us promptly so we can provide available shipment information or assist with a carrier inquiry. Recovery Cove LLC is not responsible for theft after confirmed delivery or for an incorrect address supplied by the customer, except as required by law. Any carrier claim, replacement, or refund will be evaluated based on the circumstances and available evidence.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Sales Terms") govern purchases from Recovery Cove LLC through https://worshipthejourney.com. By placing an order, you agree to these Sales Terms, our Return and Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Terms and Conditions of Use.

1. Eligibility and Personal Use

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order. Products are offered for personal use only and not for unauthorized resale. We may limit quantities or refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, automated, intended for unauthorized resale, or otherwise inconsistent with these Sales Terms.

2. Products and Availability

Products may be limited, produced in small quantities, made to order, or discontinued without notice. Product availability is not guaranteed. We try to display descriptions, measurements, materials, and colors accurately, but screens and production processes may cause reasonable variation. Distressing, fading, washing, printing, dyeing, finishing, and handmade details may intentionally vary from item to item and are not necessarily defects.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order-confirmation message acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily constitute acceptance. We accept an order when we send a shipping confirmation or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance. We may verify information, request additional information, place an order on hold, or cancel an order before acceptance. If a canceled order has been charged, we will issue an appropriate refund.

4. Prices, Taxes, and Duties

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. You are responsible for applicable sales, use, value-added, customs, import, and similar taxes or fees. Taxes collected at checkout are based on available information and applicable rules. International customers are responsible for import duties, brokerage charges, customs fees, and local taxes not collected at checkout. Refusal to pay such charges does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.

5. Payment

Payment is processed through Shopify and the payment method selected at checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize the total order amount, including taxes and shipping charges. Payment providers may impose separate terms, identity checks, installment obligations, or authorization holds. We are not responsible for a payment provider's independent decisions or delays.

6. Pricing and Listing Errors

We may correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, omissions, pricing errors, promotion errors, or availability information at any time. If an error affects an order, we may contact you for instructions, cancel the affected item or order, and issue an appropriate refund. We are not obligated to honor an obvious or material error where prohibited by neither contract nor applicable law.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping methods, carriers, rates, and estimated timeframes are displayed at checkout when available. We may use Shopify-supported shipping services and third-party carriers or fulfillment providers. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Orders may be delayed by production, verification, carrier disruptions, weather, customs, holidays, labor events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if you notice an error; we cannot guarantee changes after an order is submitted. We may ship items separately. Tracking information may take time to update.

8. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title pass as provided by applicable law. Nothing in these Sales Terms limits any non-waivable rights you may have for goods lost or damaged in transit. See the Return and Refund Policy for reporting damaged, incorrect, lost, stolen, or misdelivered orders.

9. International Orders

International shipments may be inspected or delayed by customs. You are responsible for confirming that products may lawfully be imported into the destination country and for paying applicable charges. We may restrict delivery destinations or cancel an order we cannot lawfully or reasonably fulfill.

10. Returns and Refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, subject to our Return and Refund Policy and any rights that cannot legally be waived. The Return and Refund Policy is incorporated into these Sales Terms.

11. Promotions

Promotions, discount codes, gifts, and special offers may be subject to separate terms, eligibility requirements, expiration dates, and exclusions. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined, applied retroactively, redeemed for cash, or transferred. We may modify or end a promotion as permitted by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RECOVERY COVE LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM A PURCHASE OR PRODUCT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM A PRODUCT OR ORDER WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. THESE LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE LIMITED OR EXCLUDED.

13. No Waiver of Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Sales Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any warranty, remedy, liability, or consumer right that cannot be lawfully excluded, restricted, or modified. If an implied warranty applies and may be limited, it is limited to the shortest period permitted by law.

14. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, fire, epidemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, embargo, labor disruption, transportation interruption, utility or network failure, carrier delay, or supplier failure.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Sales Terms are governed by applicable United States law and the law of the U.S. state in which Recovery Cove LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent the law of your place of residence provides mandatory protections. Any dispute must be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction. Nothing in this section prevents either party from bringing an eligible matter in small-claims court or exercising a non-waivable consumer right.

16. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions will remain effective. These Sales Terms and incorporated Site policies form the agreement concerning purchases, except for any additional written terms we expressly accept.

17. Changes and Contact

Additional terms may apply to particular features, promotions, products, or services. If additional terms conflict with these Terms of Use, the additional terms control for that specific feature, promotion, product, or service.

3. Permitted Use

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for lawful personal purposes. We may suspend or terminate an account when reasonably necessary to protect the Site, users, or our rights, or to address violations of these Terms of Use.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content—including artwork, photographs, graphics, logos, trademarks, product designs, text, video, audio, layouts, software, and the selection and arrangement of materials—are owned by or licensed to Recovery Cove LLC and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Recovery Cove, Recovery Cove LLC, Worship the Journey, and associated names, graphics, and marks may be trademarks or protected brand assets. No rights are granted except the limited permission expressly stated in these Terms of Use.

7. Feedback and Submissions

Do not send confidential or proprietary material through the Site unless we have agreed in writing to receive it confidentially. If you voluntarily submit feedback, suggestions, reviews, photographs, comments, or other content ("Submissions"), you represent that you have the necessary rights and that the Submission does not violate law or another person's rights. You grant Recovery Cove LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and create derivative works from the Submission for operating, promoting, and improving our business, subject to applicable privacy law. You retain ownership of rights you hold in the Submission.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may integrate or link to Shopify, payment providers, social platforms, carriers, apps, and other third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by its terms and is at your own risk.

9. Site Availability and Accuracy

We aim to keep Site information complete and current but do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components, or that all content will be accurate or current. We may modify, suspend, withdraw, or restrict any part of the Site without notice, subject to applicable law. Product purchases remain governed by the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OR RIGHTS THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE DISCLAIMED.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RECOVERY COVE LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO RECOVERY COVE LLC THROUGH THE SITE DURING THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. THESE LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

12. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Recovery Cove LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Site, your material violation of these Terms of Use, or your infringement of another person's rights. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own unlawful conduct.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Use are governed by applicable United States law and the law of the U.S. state in which Recovery Cove LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. A dispute must be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction. Nothing prevents an eligible small-claims action or the exercise of a non-waivable consumer right.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site for conduct that violates these Terms of Use, creates risk or legal exposure, interferes with the Site, or harms other users or Recovery Cove LLC. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual-property, disclaimer, limitation-of-liability, indemnification, and dispute provisions.

15. Severability; No Waiver

If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions will remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. No waiver is effective unless in writing and authorized by Recovery Cove LLC.

16. Changes

We may revise these Terms of Use by posting an updated version with a new effective date. Your continued use after the revised terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. Material changes may be accompanied by additional notice where required.
